Registration includes mandatory eLearning of approximately 15 hours; completion is required prior to attending.
Access information for the eLearning will be sent to paid participants starting January 2, 2020 (available for one year).
Registration includes: eLearning modules; 2 days of hands-on sessions; course materials; Basic FATE certification; breakfasts/breaks on both days and lunch on Saturday. Physicians only.

Basic FATE Certification
You must complete the mandatory eLearning and attend the entire weekend course through Sunday at 1:00 pm to be certified. Those leaving early will not receive the Basic FATE certification.
